At Mello Swim, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t right, we gladly accept returns under the conditions below:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and hygienic liners attached.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
🔁 Exchanges

We offer one-time size or color exchanges for orders within the US.

International orders are eligible for returns only — exchanges are not available at this time.
💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping fees and Route insurance (if selected) are non-refundable.

Enter your order number and email

Follow the instructions to generate your return label
You may also choose to use your own shipping label. In this case, the return processing fee will be waived.
